Datum will manage visitors' registration and entrance to the event. Datum will provide barcode printers, scanners and handheld computers to execute the registration process and print entrance tags for all guests. These tags will be used by visitors to enter the conference, claim their meal and enter the draw with a chance to win gifts at the end of the day.
