With headquarters in Portland, Oregon, onOne Software is a privately held company founded in 2005 by Craig Keudell, the former CEO of Extensis, Inc. Joining the onOne Software team are several key product management and engineering personnel from Extensis and LizardTech. In 2005, onOne Software acquired several Photoshop plug-ins and QuarkXPress XTensions from Extensis, Inc. and Lizard Tech and relaunched them under the onOne Software brand.
